Tim Bailey

Program Manager, Training

Tim Bailey joined The Ohio State University in the fall of 1986.

His career at OSU has included positions within University Hospitals; the Office of Continuing Education; the College of the Arts, the University Treasurer; the College of Engineering; and the John Glenn School of Public Affairs.

As Program Manager with Management Development Programs, he works with the Management Advancement for the Public Service (MAPS) Program, the Ohio City/County Managers Association (OCMA) and various other MDP affiliations. His duties include management of registration systems, billing, financial tracking and developing procedures that support the mission and service goals of MDP.

In his private life, he belongs to three Masonic organizations; serves as an Elder in his church; is a member of the Buick Club of America and the Columbus Stompers. Tim is also an active community volunteer.

His personal philosophy about public service, leadership and community involvement pushed him to pursue a career within the John Glenn School and The Ohio State University.
